Guidelines
- Applications are open to all participating exhibitors for the year 2024. Non-exhibitors are limited to specific options, with priority given to participating exhibitors in case of overlapping requests. Sponsor's logos will be prioritized for displays on printed materials during the exhibition and at appropriate public spots.
- Registration is open from the date of this announcement and will cease once capacity is reached. Kindly complete the registration form and submit it via email within the application period.
- Please complete the registration form. After reviewed by the organizer, you may expect an email within a week detailing next steps or payment. If no email is received, contact us to ensure your interests.
- The organizer reserves the right over collaboration items, including editing and finalizing your ad copy.
- Designs provided by the sponsor require prior approval from the organizing committee and must be submitted in a final draft format by Feburary 29, 2024.
- Specifications: Photoshop file, 300 dpi or higher, output dimensions must adhere to sponsorship advertisement area specifications.
- For safety and image considerations, the production and installation of physical advertisement materials will be contracted to designated partners appointed by the organizing committee.
- In the event that the organizing committee cancels a sponsorship item before production, the full fee paid for that item will be refunded to the sponsor. However, no objections or claims for compensation can be raised by the sponsor.
- Images in the sponsorship details are for reference only; actual items may vary.
- For physical products and giveaways, the organizer reserves the right to reject sponsorships that exceed the limit or don't align with the exhibition's style and theme.
- The organizer holds the final decision over this program and all related activities.
